Every engagement starts with an intake form or a free consult request. We ask for detail because we use it — reviewing everything before we get on a call so the first conversation is productive, not introductory.
Before we respond, we go through what you shared. We look at your current digital presence, think through your goals, and come in with observations — not a pitch. If we notice something important before the call, we'll mention it.
A focused 30-minute conversation. No slide deck. We ask the questions we didn't get answers to in the form, listen carefully, and align on what success looks like for your business. If we're the wrong fit, we'll tell you.
You receive a written proposal with a clear scope, specific deliverables, timeline, and investment. No vague line items. No hidden fees. Everything is explained and negotiable before anything is signed.
Once we kick off, you get meaningful updates — not weekly status reports nobody reads, but check-ins when there's something to show or decide. You'll always know exactly where things stand.
Finished work is delivered clean — organized files, a full walkthrough, and documentation so you can maintain and build on what we built. We don't drop a link and disappear.
